Volunteer Voices

Working with Volunteers for Peace has been one of the most rewarding and educational experiences of my life. While I can’t expect to see dramatic change in just 2 weeks, I hope the Ha Cau Orphanage and Wellness Center 3 have benefited from the work we did there, just as I benefited from participating in the project. During this project, I made new friends from around the world, learned about a culture that was new to me, helped fulfill the needs of local Vietnamese organizations and individuals, and gained a new perspective of Vietnam.\\\"
