Belmont is one of many villages within the town of Mt. Holly which is located in the lower 1/3 of the State off of Route 103 between Ludlow ( Okemo Mountain) and Rutland (second largest city in Vermont).

There is a B&B located 1.3 miles West of the Hearth & Cricket Stove Shop in E. Wallingford off of Route 140. E. Wallingford borders Mt. Holly. This B&B is the closest and least expensive accommodation near Belmont. The owners are Maryanne & Jack RYAN located at 4751 Rt. 140, E. Wallingford Tel: 802-259-3450. Rooms with breakfast are $70-$120 range.
